Yes, on successful course completion.
10. How to register?
Via WhatsApp or online registration form.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments via bank transfer, depending on your country of residence.
Is payment made monthly or in advance?
Classes are billed monthly in advance. You’ll be invoiced at the start of each month.
Are there any discounts for siblings?
Yes, we offer special discounts if two or more siblings are enrolled together.
Do you offer refunds if a class is missed?
Missed classes are not refundable, but rescheduling may be available depending on the situation.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel any time before the next billing cycle. Just contact support at least 3 days in advance.
Do you offer refunds on courses?
Refunds are only applicable in special cases and must be requested within 7 days of enrollment.
What if I’m not satisfied with a course?
We encourage students to try our free trial before committing. For any issues, contact our support team.
Can I change my course after enrollment?
Yes, you may switch to another course of equal value within the first week, subject to availability.
Are missed classes rescheduled?
Yes, rescheduling is possible based on mutual availability of the teacher and student.

What are your support hours?
Our support team is available Monday to Saturday, from 10 AM to 8 PM (UAE time).

Teacher interaction outside class is limited to essential communication via designated platforms.
